These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Breadcrumbs & Categories Shopify application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
The App provides tools to enhance navigation on Shopify stores, including breadcrumbs, categories, and related configuration features. The App integrates with Shopify APIs and your store data to deliver functionality.
2. Eligibility and Shopify account
You must have an active Shopify store and be authorized to install apps on that store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account.
3. Fees, billing, and plan changes
- Billing: Fees (if any) are billed through Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s billing terms.
- Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will be governed by the terms displayed at installation and in the Shopify App Store listing.
- Plan changes: Pricing, plans, or features may change over time. Any changes will be reflected in the Shopify billing flow and/or App listing.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate store information necessary for the App to function.
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Shopify’s policies.
- Not misuse the App or attempt to access the App in unauthorized ways.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy policy. You acknowledge that the App may access and process store data required to provide features.
6. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the App for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including all related software, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your Shopify store during the term of your subscription.
8. Third-party services
The App depends on Shopify and may interact with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
